Champion Spotlight: Corie Cutshall

“I don’t look like your typical face of heart disease,” says WomenHeart Champion Corie Cutshall. “And I definitely didn’t take it seriously because I was so young.” Corie was diagnosed with heart disease at the age of 25—a stark reminder that heart disease can affect women of any age.

As we finalize interviews with applicants for the 2018 Science & Leadership Symposium (S&L), held at the Mayo Clinic, we are excited to share the stories of WomenHeart Champions like Corie who was part of the Class of 2017.
