She has a proven track record of partnering with patient advocacy and community based organizations to drive meaningful collaboration and lasting impact, ensuring that patients’ voices are central to health innovation and strategy.
At AbbVie, Dominika is a part of the Global Patient and Community Partnerships team, leading the development of an enterprise-wide function dedicated to fostering meaningful collaborations with patients and communities. Before joining AbbVie, Dominika spent five years at Novartis, where she directed patient engagement and advocacy strategies across Cardiovascular, Renal, and Metabolic therapeutic areas.
Throughout her career in both pharmaceutical and non-profit sectors, Dominika has developed patient-centric programs that improve access, mobilize communities, remove barriers, and create lasting impact for patients and businesses alike.
Dominika holds a Master’s degree in Public Health and is a Certified Health Education Specialist. Her expertise spans health-literate communications, behavior change, and insight generation. She is passionate about forging long-term strategic partnerships that drive industry leadership.
Based in New Jersey with her husband and three children, Dominika is active in her community and family life. Outside of work, she enjoys pickleball, bread baking, and is an enthusiastic Pelotoner. A proud member of the 5am club, she relishes her early mornings as her best time for reflection and creative thinking.
