Join the San Diego County WomenHeart Support Network for our monthly virtual meeting, a supportive space for women living with heart disease to connect, share experiences, and support one another.

In addition to peer connection, meetings include wellness-focused sessions and occasional guest speakers such as healthcare experts who share education and guidance on heart health and related topics.

This group is virtual to make participation easier and more accessible, while still being geographically based in San Diego County to ensure members share a local community and can access similar resources and care networks.
