Join this fast paced, fun and informative course. We will use meditation, mindfulness and other techniques to improve our digestion, sleep, energy and Stress level. Group is limited to 8 participants so we get to know one another. No activity lasts more than 15 minutes. All you need is colored markers and a desire to connect and have fun!
