The Congenital Heart Connect Support Network is a virtual community for women living with congenital heart disease to connect, learn, and support one another through shared lived experience. This group offers a welcoming space for emotional support, peer connection, and education, including conversations with expert speakers and discussions on topics such as navigating adulthood with congenital heart disease, transitions from pediatric to adult care, insurance and healthcare access, emotional wellbeing, and the unique experiences of women from traditionally underserved communities.
