Dr. Kiki Fehling is a clinical psychologist, author, speaker, and Linehan-Board-Certified expert in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Known for translating complex psychological topics into practical coping skills, Kiki devotes her work to mental health advocacy and public education. Her areas of expertise include emotion regulation, suicide, trauma, and LGBTQ+ mental health, with a growing focus on the intersection of mental and cardiovascular health. Kiki speaks nationally to medical and community audiences, and she regularly shares evidence-based mental health information with more than 75,000 followers across social media, @dbtkiki. She is the author of Self-Directed DBT Skills, DBT Cards for Coping Skills, and The LGBTQ+ Mental Health Workbook (coming June 2026).
