Chicken Waldorf Salad

Grapes are fruiting berries that can be eaten in countless ways including raw, as a component of wine, jam, jelly, or juice, as grape seed extract, raisins, vinegar, and grape seed oil. They grow in clusters from 15 to 300 and range in color from crimson, black, dark blue, yellow, green, orange, and pink. Green grapes are traditionally referred to as white grapes due to lack of pigmentation in the skin. Varieties of dried grapes include raisins, currants, and sultanas. Raisins are any dried grape, currants are dried Zante Black Corinth grape, and sultanas are made from Turkish Sultana grapes. Much research is being done on the abundant phytonutrients in grapes.
