This community outreach event is hosted by UI Health’s departments of Cardiology, Medicine, Pharmacy, and Nursing with collaboration of  WomenHeart, the national coalition for women with heart disease,  celebrating American Heart Month.

Our mission is to provide information, education, support and encouragement to survivors and people at risk.
