Monthly Support Network meetings provide peer-to-peer support for women living with, or at risk of, heart disease and are run by a female heart patient who has been trained to provide patient support crucial to recovery and well-being, provide education, with an emphasis on secondary prevention, and emotional support for women as they face their journey living with heart disease.
