Monthly Support Network meetings provide peer-to-peer support for women living with heart disease, are run by a female heart patient who has been trained to provide patient support crucial to recovery and well-being, and provide education, with an emphasis on secondary prevention, and emotional support for women as they face their journey living with heart disease.

Women attending our meetings can expect to find support, compassion, and education about heart disease from women living with heart disease themselves, and some of the finest medical professionals the area has to offer! Women heal better when we heal together. On the second Thursday of each month we laugh together, cry together, learn together, and support one another. Please come join us!

 Topic: Stroke Awareness Month!

Come learn how strokes and heart disease are connected,

how to spot the signs of a stroke, and what to do if you see the signs.
