Mango Salsa

This recipe for mango salsa is quick and easy, yet still healthy. We all lead busy lives, but we don’t need to compromise on great taste, or nutrition.

Ingredients


  • 4 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 small onion, diced
  • 3 tablespoons minced cilantro leaves
  • 1 ripe mango, diced (substitute with papaya, pineapple or a combination of all three)
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 jalapeno, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons of raw sugar, Stevia or agave (optional)

Instructions


Combine everything in a non-reactive bowl and let sit for 20-30 minutes. Can be served alone as a salad, or along with your choice of protein, such as grilled chicken, lean steak, or fish.
