You can qualify to become a WomenHeart Support Network Coordinators in three ways:  1. If a National Hospital Alliance member hospital has referred you to the Science & Leadership Symposium to return and lead a WomenHeart Support Network.  2. If you are a previously trained WomenHeart Champion now ready to become a Support Network Coordinator.  3. If a current WomenHeart Support Network Coordinator has referred you to the Science & Leadership Symposium to be trained as her co-coordinator for an existing WomenHeart Support Network. 






If you answered no to all of the above, you can still attend the Science & Leadership Symposium and become a WomenHeart Champion! Please click here to apply to our Community Educator track.
