HeartSisters Online is peer-led by WomenHeart Champions, women heart disease survivors who have made the selfless commitment to become leaders in their communities and providers of the much needed support for other women living with heart disease.
All support meetings are done over Zoom – not chat rooms or forums. You can talk in real-time to other women living with heart disease from the comfort and privacy of your own home.
