WomenHeart: The National Coalition for Women with Heart Disease offers a range of support services to help women heart disease survivors live healthier lives. WomenHeart understands the fear and isolation that often comes with a diagnosis of heart disease. WomenHeart also knows that emotional and peer support is vitally important to a woman's recovery. Through WomenHeart's support programs and services, women form a special bond and can freely share information and stories of hope and survival.
Support NetworksLed by trained patient volunteers, WomenHeart’s local support groups meet monthly to provide women living with heart disease critical peer-to-peer support, information and encouragement.
