Iced Vanilla Soy Latte


Cool off with a refreshing soy latte — made even better with a drizzle of caramel!

Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Start to Finish: 10 Minutes
Makes: 2 servings

Ingredients:

½ cup ground espresso or French roast coffee
1½ cups water
2 cups vanilla soymilk
2 teaspoons caramel or chocolate fat-free topping 
Ice cubes
Sugar, if desired

Directions:

1. Using a drip coffee maker, brew coffee with water as directed by coffee maker manufacturer.
2. Stir together coffee and soymilk. Drizzle insides of 2 large glasses with topping. Fill glasses with ice cubes as desired. Pour soymilk mixture over ice. Sweeten to taste with sugar.
