Simple French Salad Dressing

Makes 8 servings Ingredients:2 tablespoons cider vinegar Directions:Combine all ingredients except the oil and the greens in a 2 cup jar and shake to blend. Add the oil and shake again to mix ingredients together. Shake well just before serving on clean, dried greens. *Tips*If your vinegar is very acidic, you may need to add a small amount of sugar and a tablespoon or so of water.
