Grilled Pineapple
Grilled PineappleServes 4 Each serving equals 1 cup of fruits or vegetables
Ingredients Marinade: 1 Tbsp. olive oil ¼ tsp. ground cloves 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 2 Tbsp. honey 1 Tbsp. lime juice 1 firm yet ripe pineapple 1 Tbsp. grated lime zest
Directions: To make the marinade, in a large bowl, combine the olive oil, cloves, cinnamon, honey and lime juice and whisk to blend. Set aside. Sprinkle with the lime zest. Serve hot or warm.
