  • A Woman's Guide to Heart Health patient education symposium, September 11, 8:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. - Are you a woman living with or at risk for heart disease in the Chicago area who would like to make a difference in her community and become involved with WomenHeart?  Register here.  Deadline to register: August 20.
