The Heart Spa Project, A healthy Indulgence for Women: A unique event that shows you how certain thinking and emotions can stress your heart. You will learn cognitive thinking tools to help manage everyday emotions and chair yoga exercises for relaxation. In a spa-like environment, you'll enjoy a relaxing therapeutic hand massage and healthy hours d'oeuvres, berry seltzer and dark chocolate. There is no charge for this event but seating is limited. Hosted by Holland Heart, Infinite Yoga, WomenHeart; The National Coalition of Women with Heart Disease, Eva Skin Care, Bella Lucce, Cline's Salon and Closet Joy. Please register by Feb. 20.
