"Welcome! My name is Jody Knack and I am a WomenHeart Champion and the District Support Leader for WomenHeart Support Networks in Illinois and Wisconsin. I am a wife, mother of three children and have three beautiful granddaughters. Since graduating from the Science and Leadership Symposium in 2003, I have successfully run my own support network in Aurora, IL. I have a great group of women within the IL/WI District who work hard each day to meet the needs of all women heart disease survivors within their communities. Many of them have run their groups for years, which shows the true dedication and importance of being a WomenHeart Champion. I feel blessed to be part of the WomenHeart family and be associated with all my amazing Heart Sisters."
