Celebrate Black History Month with WomenHeart as we launch our first social media campaign for African American women!
Join us as we celebrate Black History month by recognizing the accomplishments of:
* Famous African American women throughout history who have been impacted by heart disease.
* African American Trailblazers in the field of Cardiology through our "Trailblazer Tuesday andThursday" series
Each day, February 1st – 29th, WomenHeart will celebrate the accomplishments of an African American woman or trailblazer by sharing a photo image, short biography and heart health information on our social media channels. Visit us on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter and be sure to share these daily posts with your friends, families and social networks so they can learn more about African American women and heart disease.

The Sweetest Vegan
The Sweetest Vegan was created when its founder realized her biggest threat to maintaining her vegan lifestyle was her vegan sweet tooth. Instead of fighting these cravings, she was driven to research, test and taste until she conquered her love of sweets and became The Sweetest Vegan. She applied her knowledge and love for vegan dessert to create The Sweetest Vegan Show – establishing a future in her love of all things sweet and earning the name The Sweetest Vegan – Vegan Dessert Connoisseur! In addition to her sweet treats, she also uses her platform to take “not so healthy” recipes loved by all and recreate them using vegan alternatives so we can all reap the healthy benefits without losing the flavor and taste of the favorite foods we most enjoy!
This Sweet Valentine’s Day creation is good for any occasion!

They are based in Houston, Texas and have a collective background in education, nutrition, and personal training, as well as a strong passion to empower and inspire women to embrace their natural beauty and love the skin their in.
