Here’s your chance to lace up your sneakers and run across the country for a good cause- virtually that is! To raise awareness about heart disease, Mrs. Dash® and WomenHeart are kicking off the Women’s Heart Health Dash, an online race across America, at www.mrsdash.com. 

How you can race for a healthy heart:

• Through March 31, 2009, you can log on to www.mrsdash.com  and simply share your own heart-healthy stories, tips and activities 
• Each entry equals 1 mile in the Women’s Heart Health Dash 
• Come back every day, because each heart-healthy tip entered equals $1 to support the Mrs. Dash donation to WomenHeart, up to $15,000!
• The goal is to reach 12,000 miles, which is equal to 4 times across the country and the distance blood travels through the body each day!
• A map will track the miles logged by everyone’s stories

Enter to Win a Spa Vacation and Other prizes!

• Each day you make an entry, (it can be as simple as going on a walk after dinner or serving a heart-healthy meal) it will be entered into the Women’s Heart Health Dash Sweepstakes
