AACVPR provides searchable directory for cardiac patients

The American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation provides a searchble online directory as a resource for patients and other cardiovascular and pulmonary rehabilitation professionals across the country. Simply search by state and view a listing of programs that are either members of AACVPR or have registered to be listed — this may not be a complete listing from your area, but can still provide a great overview of cardiac or pulmonary healthcare programs.
