Heart Healthy Recipes - Orange Frosty

Orange FrostyOrange Frosty
Prep: 5 min
Makes: 5 servings

Ingredients:

2 cups ice cubes or slightly crushed ice
1 cup vanilla soymilk
1 cup water
¼ cup sugar
1 can (6 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate
Cranberry-orange relish, if desired

Directions:

1. Place all ingredients except relish in blender. Cover and blend on high speed 30 seconds or until smooth.

2. Pour into glasses. Garnish each serving with relish. Serve immediately.
