Ingredients:
1 medium banana, cut into chunks
1 cup light chocolate soymilk
1 teaspoon instant coffee granules or crystals
½ teaspoon vanilla
4 ice cubes
Directions:
1. In blender, place all ingredients except ice cubes. Cover; blend on high speed about 15 seconds or until smooth.
2. Add ice cubes. Cover; blend about 15 seconds or until blended.
3. Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
