Creamy Mango Smoothies
Makes: 6 servings (1 cup each)

Start to Finish: 10 Minutes
Ingredients:
2 mangoes, seed removed, peeled and chopped (2 cups)
2 cups mango sorbet
2 containers (6 oz each) French vanilla low-fat yogurt
1½ cups vanilla soymilk
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender. Cover; blend on high speed until smooth.
Tip:
For the best flavor and color, choose ripe mangoes; look for skins that are yellow with blushes of red. Mango adds vitamins A and C, and soymilk adds calcium and Vitamin D.
