Heart Healthy Recipes - Caramel-Pecan Hot Chocolate

Makes 1 serving (3/4 cup)

Ingredients:

¾ cup chocolate soymilk
1 tablespoon caramel topping
Chopped pecans

Directions:

1. Pour soymilk into microwavable cup. Stir in caramel topping.
2. Microwave uncovered on High about 1 minute or until hot.
3. Top with pecans.

Nutritional Information:

1 Serving: Calories 220 (Calories from Fat 60); Fat 7g (Saturated 1g); Cholesterol 0mg; Sodium 170mg

Substitution: For a hot white drink, try vanilla soymilk instead of the chocolate.
