WomenHeart of St. Louis County: " Tai Chi"

If you are a women living with or at risk for heart disease, you are invited to attend our Support Group Meetings.  It will give you an opportunity to share your experience with other women going through some of the same things.  Our meetings are fun and educational to help you with lifestyle changes and regain a balance in your life.

When: 3rd Thursday of each Month

Meet and Greet from 6:00pm-6:30pm

Meeting from 6:30pm-7:30pm
