Details

The office is on the Cedar Crest  campus of Lehigh Valley Hospital. After turning into the campus from Cedar Crest Blvd., make a right at the first stop sign. The 1250 building is on the left with a parking lot on the right, just past the employee lot. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor, turn left to office waiting room/lobby.
