Preheat the oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Place whole peppers on a sheet pan
in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until skins are wrinkled and charred. Turn twice
during roasting. Remove from the pan, cover in aluminum foil, and set aside to
cool for 30 minutes. Remove stems, seeds, and peels. Cut into quarters and
place in a bowl with any juices from the pan. Enjoy in salads or soups, on your
favorites homemade pizza, spaghetti sauce, or your favorite dish.
