In a medium mixing bowl, mix one mango, peeled, seeded and chopped; a quarter cup of red bell pepper, finely chopped; a quarter cup of jalapeno, finely chopped; one green onion, chopped; two tablespoons of chopped cilantro, chopped; two tablespoons of lime juice; and one tablespoon of lemon juice. Cover and allow to sit for at least 30 minutes before serving. Prep time: 45 minutes. Serves 8. Use: serve over fish or as a dip.
